A day of celebration and remembrance for the American 29th Infantry Division who left for the Normandy Landings from Trebah beach. A family day rich in history featuring military vehicles and performances, as well as Kernow Pipe and Drums. On the beach there will be a short memorial service followed by RN helicopter fly past and wreath laying, subject to weather and operational commitments.
